Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds and returns under any circumstances other than specified in our warranty policies.
10.2 In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product purchased from Singularity Computers, including those products which carry a manufacturer’s warranty, you must have clear proof of purchase; typically, a receipt or invoice. Original shipping costs for the product are non-refundable as this service has been provided in full.
The Service is not designed to provide qualitative advice regarding the fitness for purpose and merchantability of any products or services. We strongly advise you to exercise caution and do your own due diligence in conducting any transactions through the Service.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
The content is provided without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access or, alteration of or use of record in connection with the use or operation of the Service, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence or any other cause of action.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the content contained on the Service for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
It is your sole responsibility to periodically check these Terms for any changes. If you do not agree with any of the changes to these Terms, it is your sole responsibility to stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed as your acceptance thereof.
Shipping and Deliveries Policy
Tracking Packages
Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address you entered when you placed your order, as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. If you have not received your tracking number within the specified delivery period listed on the product page of the product/s you ordered then contact support(at)stg-singularitycomputerscom-staging.kinsta.cloud.
Shipping Rates and Times
*As of April 1st 2020, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all shipping carriers have suspended all money-back guarantees. Delays are also possible, particularly with lower-priced services. We cannot provide refunds for late shipments. We apologise for any inconvenience.
*Orders that contain items that are in backordered status will ship immediately upon receipt of backordered item. In some cases, we may ship partial orders. If you are interested in initiating a partial shipment because you are waiting on back ordered items, please contact us.
Shipping rates can be calculated after entering your shipping address during the checkout process. After confirming your shipping address, you will be provided all available shipping options and their respective prices based upon the address provided and the contents of your cart.
Estimated shipping costs may also be obtained by contacting Singularity Computers. Please note that the most accurate shipping quotes will be obtained via our online store during checkout, and that any information provided via stg-singularitycomputerscom-staging.kinsta.cloud staff, unless part of a formal quote, is solely an estimate and is subject to change without notice.
Free shipping on orders over $2000
This is a temporary discount/promotion we are running. For all orders valued at over $2000 you will receive free shipping. This does not apply if there is already an active discount, or if a discount coupon is used. This only applies to items listed on our store, it does not apply to custom items or systems/computer builds.

Import Taxes, Fees & Duties
Customers are responsible for import taxes, fees, and/or duties which vary depending on the country. Customers are also responsible for communicating with the shipping company to pay the import taxes, fees and/or duties if and when a shipment is held. Singularity Computers will provide an invoice for import but is not responsible for communications, further documentation or taxes, duties or fees associated with imports.
US Tariff Costs Covered Upfront:
For all shipping options Singularity Computers handles and covers US Tariffs upfront. From the customers perspective shipping happens the same way it did before the Tariffs were implemented. If customs holds a shipment or Tariffs/taxes/duties are requested contact Singularity Computers and we will resolve this.

PO Boxes
As a general rule, orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
Non-Delivery, Damage and Insurance Investigations
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to track and verify the delivery of products purchased from Singularity Computers. If tracking information indicates an issue or if package has not been received with 30 days of shipment, you must contact Singularity Computers. Singularity Computers will work with our shipping providers and provide details directly to you once available. Some investigations can take up to a month to conduct based upon the cause of delay and the carrier of shipment. Please understand that we have no control over delay times, especially those caused by Customs.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to notify us immediately upon identification of loss, tampering with or damage. If a shipment was delivered in your absence, contact the courier immediately and make sure to note any case/reference number they provide. Also, please take photos of the condition of the box and/or it’s contents immediately and contact us with the specific details. Singularity Computers will make every attempt to initiate and process an insurance claim on your behalf, however we cannot guarantee a claim will be successful. Due to the delays and uncertainty of insurance claim processing, we will be unable to ship replacement parts until claim is closed and monies received. If there is an urgent need for an item, customer must purchase a new item and Singularity Computers will refund original purchase price upon receipt of reimbursement from our insurance company.
If Singularity Computers is not notified of failure to deliver package within 60 days, it is assumed that customer has received the package. 90 days after shipment (due to courier tracking limitations) we have no resources available to locate a shipment and will be unable to assist you. Please avoid this problem by keeping close contact with Singularity Computers if you suspect your package has been misplaced/lost/stolen.
Shipping Insurance
If our shipping insurance option was selected at checkout then your shipment is fully covered for loss or damage. If your shipment is lost we will ship it again at no extra charge but only once the shipping company has confirmed the loss. If the shipment is damaged then photos of the damage will need to be provided and we will replace the damaged parts.
International Shipping
Singularity Computers regularly ships to international customers. Please contact us if you would like an International shipping quote, or have any questions regarding shipping methods available for your country.
Address /Alternate Shipping Address & Information Verification Policy
Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver’s license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though our merchant services and/or your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit. Orders with different Bill to and Ship to addresses may experience delayed processing, dependent upon the amount of time required to verify the validity of information provided.
Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity.
Information Verification & Suspected Fraud
During our verification process, we may contact you via telephone or email . We may also contact the credit card company, issuing bank or obtain additional information from third-party sources. If the information provided does not coincide with information on file, if you do not respond to our emails messages regarding pending order, or there is reason to believe that the card is being used fraudulently, we will cancel the order immediately and request that it be re- entered using verifiable information.
If you have reason to believe that your card may have been used fraudulently for purchase of merchandise from Singularity Computers please contact us directly and we will work with you to verify the validity of a charge and if necessary, assist in the process of reporting fraud to your Credit Card issuer.
If it is determined that customer information is being used fraudulently, we will cooperate to the fullest extent with law enforcement agencies.
Singularity Computers Products Warranty Policy
All Singularity Computers products have a lifetime warranty claimable by the original purchaser. Only products with a manufacturing or assembly fault will be replaced. Customers need to provide the purchase invoice or order number, photos and an explanation of the issue. We may decide to replace the entire product or only the faulty part. We will usually not request for the product to be returned unless the circumstances are unusual. We also provide lifetime support for all products.
Distribution Plates Warning
Incorrect fastener tension can cause the acrylic to crack on distribution plates. If the fastener tension has been changed by the customer, cracks and other damage to the acrylic will not be covered under warranty. The fastener tension should be accurately applied at 0.4nm. Damage from using alcohol, solvents, or other incompatible chemicals to clean the acrylic or in your water-cooling loop will also not be covered under warranty.
Products & Customs Components Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. A refund and/or return is only possible if you experience a fault which falls under our warranty policy.
Refunds due to a change of mind, shipping delays or any other reason are up to the discretion of Singularity Computers.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and transfer fees will be deducted from your refund.
Singularity Computers Systems Warranty Terms & Conditions
Singularity Computers Custom Built Computers have a lifetime labour warranty. Singularity Computers products have a lifetime warranty claimable by the original purchaser. Other component warranties varies depending on the manufacturer’s warranty from 1 year to lifetime. If a fault occurs Singularity Computers will cover the costs of returning and replacing the faulty item for the first year. Only faults which are due to manufacturing and assembly will be covered. Only hardware faults are covered, not software, driver, or BIOS problems. Changing the hardware configuration in any way without first consulting Singularity Computers will void the build labour warranty and potentially the component warranties. Our systems pass strict testing before they leave our workshop. It is extremely unusual for any hardware problem to arise after this testing unless. This is why it is very important for customers to consult with us before changing any configuration they are unsure of, particularly if it is hardware or BIOS. Every Singularity Computers System comes with lifetime support.
Singularity Computers Systems Return & Refund Policy
We offer lifetime support for our computer systems and if you experience a fault then see our warranty policy. For our systems there are no refunds or returns at any time, once payment has been made we will proceed with the build and deliver it.
